Hello! It’s been a while. We are alive and well but have gone through a lot of changes this year which have left me no time to write.
The biggest change is that we welcomed an amazing new member to our family. You’ll read about him soon. Another change is that we moved to Italy so that I can take the next level of the AMI Montessori training.
Our little guy is three months old today and so I thought I’ve had a long enough break from the blog. Here’s my attempt at coming back. I still don’t have a lot of time to write but I frequently take videos of my older son while I pump and can make commentary over them while I breastfeed. This means you will hear the breast pump and baby sounds. Hopefully you don’t mind because it’s a real picture of our lives right now. Anyways… I’ve missed this space and hope I can post more consistently.
Toddlers are amazing. They are able to do great work when the environment is right and their needs are met. What are these needs and how can the adult support them? I discuss them in the following video. Be sure to watch till the end because my favorite part was at the end.

You’re welcome. Nice watching this educative video. Solu seems to be using his 2 hands equally. He doesn’t labor one more than other. How can one detect, if a child gets on easier with left hand than right? My greetings to our 3months old baby
