DIY Toddler Duster

Yarn in whatever color you like

Something to wrap the yarn around. I used this puzzle board but you could use any other object that is about this size

Wrap the yarn around the the board. Consider how fluffy you want your duster to be. Cut when you are satisfied.

Thread a needle (I used an embroidery needle) and pass it under the yarn

Pull tight and tie it and then cut off the needle and extra yarn

Push all the yarn off the board. It should be held together by the tied point

At about 1/3rd of the length from the tied end, tie the bunch to make a handle

Cut through on the other end

It will be uneven

Trim

Tahdah!

find a container to hold it

Put your child to work. Trust me he or she will be smiling too
